Agreement for Use of Platform Services
This agreement ("Agreement") is entered into by and between Monkey Markets SL and the user ("User") who agrees to the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Use of Platform Services
The Platform provides services that enable users to connect with exporters and importers of meat and facilitate the buying and selling of meat products. Users are not permitted to conduct transactions with other users of the Platform outside of the Platform's services.Prohibited Conduct
Users are prohibited from engaging in the following conduct:- Conducting transactions with other users of the Platform outside of the Platform's services.
- Engaging in any activity that violates applicable law or regulations related to the import or export of meat products.
- Attempting to circumvent or breach the security measures of the Platform.
- Engaging in any activity that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the Platform.
Representations and Warranties
The User represents and warrants that: a. The User is at least 18 years old. b. The User has the authority to enter into this Agreement. c. The User will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the import or export of meat products. d. The User will not use the Platform to conduct any illegal activities.
Termination
The Platform reserves the right to terminate this Agreement if the User violates any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Indemnification
The User agrees to indemnify and hold the Platform harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from the User's use of the Platform.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the [insert state or country]. Any disputes arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved in the [insert state or country] courts.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between the parties.
Amendments
The Platform reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time by providing notice to the User. The User's continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendments to this Agreement constitutes acceptance of the amended Agreement. By clicking "I agree" or using the Platform's services, the User agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
